Security and Privacy Permissions

Go to the Apple menu, open System Preferences, and select Security & Privacy.
Go to the Privacy tab, select Accessibility, and make sure to click the lock at the bottom of the window to make changes. You will be asked to input your password.
Select Accessibility from the left pane, and make sure the check-box is selected for 'com.wacom.IOManager'.
If you have had to select this box, you must reboot your computer after this step.
